Most items are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by country:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Tracking is included for all orders.
Digital items are non-refundable.
For physical items, returns are accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo for quick assistance.
Please send us a message with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost. This applies to print-on-demand items like hoodies, tees, and plush accessories.
Yes. All products are designed with children in mind. Plush toys and apparel meet standard safety guidelines from our manufacturing partners. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 due to small parts.
Each item is made to order and customized according to your request.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, only if production has not yet started.
Once the item has entered production or been personalized, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.
